•Provide personalized counselling to students regarding courses, career paths, and skill development
•Understand student needs, goals, and challenges through structured conversations
•Recommend suitable programs based on individual requirements
•Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
•Follow up consistently to nurture leads and convert them into enrollments
•Maintain a high conversion ratio through effective communication and persuasion
•Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
•Promote and sell courses/programs by explaining their value proposition
•Upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where applicable
•Ensure a positive student experience from first interaction to enrollment
•Address queries, objections, and concerns professionally
•Schedule and manage demo sessions online
•Brief students before sessions and collect feedback afterward
•Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth execution
•Track daily activities, follow-ups, and pipeline status
•Conduct timely follow-ups with interested candidates
•Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
•Work closely with marketing, trainers, and operations teams
